Wagga Brothers Rugby League

History

History

The first general meeting to form a senior club was 11 September 1979. The first game was played on the 23rd March 1980 against the Wagga Magpies in the Group 9 competition. The Wagga Brothers did not win a game in the Group 9 competition and had no other choice but to play in the Group 13 competition due to an exemption from Group 9 in 1981.
